Matt & Katie are Married at the Piedmont Room| Atlanta, Georgia Wedding Photography Team

We photographed Matt & Katie’s engagement session in downtown Atlanta on the Georgia Tech Campus, last Fall.  I remember meeting them before we walked around the city.  It was a gorgeous day, with beautiful light and we even had connections to sneak a few photos on the Georgia Tech football field.  If our engagement session was any indication of how perfect their wedding would be…then beautiful, amazing, loving, and all things positive would describe it perfectly.  We started off at the historic Georgia Terrace Hotel, where the ladies had their hair and make up done.  From there, we walked all around the hotel and capture the most amazing bridal party photos…I want to go back with my bridesmaids! Meanwhile, Nick was with the groomsmen at the Georgia Tech Hotel.  We all joined up at the Piedmont Room for their ceremony, where the sun was glowing and cascaded down on Matt and Katie.  It was beautiful.  <sigh>  And, then the celebration began!

All the lovely details!  See?!  The sun is definitely cascading over the ceremony…it was perfect.This is the coolest groomsmen picture ever…It’s something about the mix of Ray Ban sunglasses, sun flare, and the guys just looking so GQ…My heart is melting…
They are so perfectly in love.  I smile looking at these, no matter how many times I have!

And, the first dance…accompanied by a sweet kiss :)Let the dancing commence…!  How fun!
Something about the Cupid Shuffle song…it really gets people dancing (including myself)!!The very moment before the bouquet went flying – I love the looks of anticipation.THE view from their reception!  Imagine dancing all night in front of sunset like this.  How romantic!

We sneaked out of the reception for a few minutes to grab these shots! The city lights were absolutely perfect!  Add a gorgeous couple to that, and voila!! The last dance :)Congratulations Matt & Katie!!  Your wedding was completely perfect, and we were thrilled to be apart of it!
