Wedding at Claxton Farm, North Carolina | Corin + Brett

Nick and I have been so excited to photograph Corin and Brett’s farm wedding  in Asheville, North Carolina.  Their venue, Claxton Farm is over 500 acres of beautiful rolling hills as far as you can see.  We drove up to Weaverville, where Claxton Farm is, a few days before their wedding to scope out the venue.  Wow, it literally takes your breath away.  The winding, gravel road leads to a beautiful pasture, where the ceremony was held, between the mountains.  I knew our memory cards were going to fill up faster than usual.

Corin and her bridesmaids had their hair and makeup done at Suraj Salon, before heading to the venue.  They wore navy blue dresses with cowboy boots (Corin wore cowboy boots, too!), and the groomsmen wore jeans, khaki suit jackets and matching navy blue ties.  After Corin and and Brett said I Do, we wandered all around the farm taking the most incredible pictures!  Everything was perfect – the golden sunshine, the scenery, and the love between Corin and Brett.

That barn house was also the bridal suite.  It was so cute!

Corin, you are a stunning bride!Makes my heart melt :) What a romantic ceremony.  Can you imagine saying, “I Do,” right here?This was the funniest llama ever.  Firstly, it has to be the funniest looking llama.  And, he/she followed us the entire time as we were taking pictures.  We couldn’t stop laughing.Ah, another favorite!Best departure shot!  I love that Corin and Brett stopped to kiss in the midst of all the sparklers!  If you could only see how gorgeous the sky was, glittered with stars.  It was such a romantic ending to a perfect day.
